This is my second truck from this dealership and this salesman. I have been treated great on the first deal even with issues I had mechanically with the truck. I hope it is the same with this truck. It s salesman. I have been treated great on the first deal even with issues I had mechanically with the truck. I hope it is the same with this truck. It seems that most issues are transmission related. Which I should not be having if only 30k miles on a truck. So so far the dealership has been great. More

The purchase of the new car went extremely well. I had notified of the type of vehicle that I was interested in and the salesperson had several for me to check out when I arrived. I took a test driv I had notified of the type of vehicle that I was interested in and the salesperson had several for me to check out when I arrived. I took a test drive in a vehicle and was impressed that it was the model that I was looking for. The salesperson was one with whom I had worked previously; we discussed price and worked out a deal within minutes. Absolutely no hassle and minimal time needed to select the car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership for having quality staff that listen to a customer's needs and help them with a fair transaction. More

I just bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Jeff Dawson at Ford of Franklin! I love it! I had scheduled to test drive a used Ford Bronco Sport, however when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could test dr Ford of Franklin! I love it! I had scheduled to test drive a used Ford Bronco Sport, however when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could test drive a 2024 model instead. He was very helpful in agreeing to do it without hesitation. In past experiences with car dealerships, I have felt pushed into buying, however Jeff didn't make me feel this way at all. He went with the flow, and I greatly appreciated him not making me feel like a number. I also love Ford of Franklin because they offer Lifetime Powertrain Warranties on all New vehicles. Some used vehicles also have the Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Jeff was very professional and helpful during my visit with him. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase!
