We have purchased 3 Lincoln Aviators since 2021 from Westown Ford-Lincoln. Vicki was the first person we encountered while driving through the dealership looking specifically for an Aviator. Honestly, from Michael in the Service Department to Jim Birdsell & pretty much everyone we have encountered is “ EXCELLENT “ & extremely helpful!! Ciera is also a great asset to the dealership from assisting a client, selling vehicles, & now working in Finance. An AWESOME DEALERSHIP, wouldn’t even think of purchasing a Lincoln anywhere else. We love Vicki & Ciera so much we suggested our son purchase a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Vicki.
