My Recent service at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville was outstanding as usual. Patrick T, the manager, greeted me and guided me through the service appt. I needed an inspection sticker and oil chang was outstanding as usual. Patrick T, the manager, greeted me and guided me through the service appt. I needed an inspection sticker and oil change. I would like to recognize Patrick T, the service manager, at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville. Patrick was outstanding from the time I scheduled my appointment through him to the pick up. He kept me at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville. Patrick was outstanding from the time I scheduled my appointment through him to the pick up. He kept me posted while my vehicle was being serviced and what I needed to repair now and what I should plan to service in the future.
