When we drove to your dealership we had just left the Cadillac dealer and just begun looking with no intention to buy but from prior experience we bought 2 other RX 350 Lexus in 1997 and 2001 so we knew and respected the quality and service. As it turned out, within 2 hours we were confidently ordering a 2025 with the exact specs we were looking for. Then, thinking we would get the car sometime in January, Doug called us and said the car was on the way.
