Reliable and efficient. I have bought three cars from this dealership and had all of the cars serviced here. I would recommend them to everyone! More

Terrible management, GM Curtis LLoyd and service dept, waited over 4 days for my new vehicle to find out it had been sent to Chevy GMC to be fixed for a transmission issue which was not disclosed at time More

We greatly appreciate the feedback so that we can investigate issues. While the customer was test driving the vehicle, the shifter knob was sticking. The vehicle was taken immediately to service upon her return to the dealership and the customer continued on with the sale of the vehicle. When our service dept sent the vehicle to the detail shop getting it ready for delivery, the check engine light came on and the vehicle was again taken to the service dept. While we apologize for the length of time that it took to get to the vehicle and diagnose the issue, no one knew that it was a transmission issue at the time of purchase. It was then decided to send the vehicle to our Chevy dealership down the road in order to repair the vehicle with Chevy trained technicians. When the customer asked to receive her trade-in vehicle back and to back out of the purchase, we obliged. Our GM was never made aware of the issue until that time. The failing to alert the GM was a lack of communication in personnel and one which has been addressed with all employees of the dealership.

Yes ma'am, we have plenty of respect for the grieving. This is why we didn't bring up the subject of your son when we responded. I, the HR manager and having lost a child myself, would never trample on anyones memories as I know how sensitive a subject it can be. I am very sorry for your loss. Had it been my car with a memorial to my son, I would have removed it before trading the vehicle in. Again, we thank you for bringing all of this to our attention.

Once again, no reverence for the grieving and no reply to that statement about my pictures taken of my trade in the same day. These workers want to sit and eat popcorn and be on their cell phone all day. The GM Curtis Lloyd must spend his time writing to all of these bad reviews, the same copy pasted post. They only care about the 9K trade in they see in the lot, not the memories kept by the owner, not the people they deal with, not the honesty of a prudent business. The facility is also dirty, missing numerous ceiling tiles or wet/damaged ceiling tiles, restroom missing soap. I drove past the service dept on the day it was supposed to be detailed and given back to me, nothing but TONS of workers standing around and playing loud rap music. Be warned if you are in business with them.

The statement you JUST made "Had it been my car with a memorial to my son, I would have removed it before trading the vehicle in" is just distasteful and disgraceful. My husband and I could not bring ourselves to remove it prior to leaving for this transaction, due to emotional circumstance. So your response does not sit well with me.

The customer came in at the beginning of the month for an oil change. 10 days later she called us on a Saturday stating she had an oil leak. We told her we would cover the tow if it was something we caused. The car was towed here and we found it was leaking from the upper trimming cover and the magnet. It is a common thing that happens on the Atlas due to the oil separator building up to much pressure. We called the customer and she declined the repair at first but then called back and authorized the work. When she came into to pick it up the car, the vehicle had a check engine light on and we found the tech forgot to clear out the old codes from the low oil issue. The codes were cleared and the vehicle is back on the road.

Serra Volkswagen responded

Your issue was not caused by an oil cap not being put back on. Your vehicle was leaking oil from the upper trimming cover and the magnet. This is an issue that did not present itself at the time that your vehicle was brought in for the oil change.

The car is back on the road after me paying $2200 for something that they caused. You can see from their response how they treat customers! No remorse! Then when I asked the guy why they didn’t see this when changing the oil his response was “Maybe they missed it.” Also, from the response, you can see they “forgot to clear the old codes”! Just like they forgot to put the oil cap back on! How are going to “forget” to do something like that but not forget to charge me my money! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don’t take your vehicle to these liars! And from Friday to Saturday is 8 days, not 10! And on the phone Whitney stated that it was 14 days ago! Just lie after lie!
