I bought my car on July 2022. I bought and paid more for the car because it was a “Gold Certified” vehicle which extended the warranty significantly. And, that pealed to me. I did I bought and paid more for the car because it was a “Gold Certified” vehicle which extended the warranty significantly. And, that pealed to me. I didn’t mind paying a higher price for the “Gold Certified” warranty. Two years passed and I needed service and found out the car was not a certified car because I bought it from a different Leif Johnson lot. In transferring vehicle from one shop to the other does not transfer the certification. This was never disclosed to me. I certainly would have bought another car. Leif Johnson will not correct their mistake. I’m truly disappointed and warn you NOT TO BUY from them, they will lie to make the sale. It’s very illegal to do. And, do NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! More

Reached out to the dealer about a Dark Horse with a trade in, and they were very responsive. Drew was the first salesperson I met with at Leif Johnson, and the experience went so well, that I brought my spou in, and they were very responsive. Drew was the first salesperson I met with at Leif Johnson, and the experience went so well, that I brought my spouse back a couple of days later to purchase another vehicle. Drew was very attentive to our preferences in the vehicle, and went above & beyond to demonstrate the capabilities of the smart features of the other car we purchased. The great sales experience has made Leif Johnson our go-to dealer for everything related to service and our next accessories purchase. Highly Recommend giving them a chance to earn your business with their friendly & very knowledgeable staff. More

Thank you Jared Roane for a wonderful car shopping and buying experience. Went in to look for a used vehicle. Told him what I was looking for and price range. He showed us a couple of options on the lot buying experience. Went in to look for a used vehicle. Told him what I was looking for and price range. He showed us a couple of options on the lot and told us about a few options at both truck city and raita Ford. He followed up on one and the second it was late in the day on Friday and we didn't get a chance to call about the second escape. He gave us all the information, and took us to look at a couple of the same models that were on the lot, just different years, so we could get a feel for if we wanted that model. His manager Scott was zero help and tried to create issues every step of the way, and push the car that he wanted to sell, not what we wanted to buy. The next week we were in Buda, and ran by Truck city. They were helpful and allowed us to look and test drive car, never tried to sell it out from under another sales person. We went back to Leif Johnson Ford, and asked for it to be followed up on and transferred. Again Scott was zero help, pretty much told us it wouldn't happen. We contacted the new car side about our issue, and they were happy to help us get the car purchased. It had recently been traded in, and needed to get checked out and have some maintenance addressed (we knew that). Leo Light, reached out to check on it and make sure nothing bad was found and had the car transferred to Leif Johnson so we didn't have to drive to Buda and have a different salesman. During the process of buying the car, Jeff Buhl, Ryan Fisher, Charlie Tisdale, worked their magic and made us feel welcomed and Family, they also wanted to follow up on the issues we had with Scott and why we reached out to them about making the sale so we didn't have to work with Scott. During the purchase, Jared was unable to be there due to known family vacation, and they made sure that he was a Salesman on the sale, and spoke highly of him which we knew from working with him. I want to Thank the Leif Johnson Ford family for their easy shopping and purchasing of a used car. We will be shopping with them again. More

We had a wonderful experience buying our Expedition. Frank Castro was a thorough and wonderful salesman who thoroughly from beginning to end and beyond took care of the sales process. The Lief Johnson family while we were in the store, were all very nice to us every time we were there ~ all treated us as a valued customer. We have nothing but accolades for the dealership. I have been buying vehicles from Leif Johnson Ford for many years and have always had outstanding service and support. This last transaction was the best I have ever experienced. They were able to take tw many years and have always had outstanding service and support. This last transaction was the best I have ever experienced. They were able to take two of my vehicles in trade for the one I really wanted and gave me more than a fair trade in on both of them. My Salesman, Thomas Almarez, went above and beyond the call of duty on this one along with Gordon, Ryan and Jeff to complete a complex deal. Great job guys! More

I was lied to. I was treated like an idiot when I knew exactly what was wrong with the truck. I was promised that my parts and labor was being covered under my warr I was treated like an idiot when I knew exactly what was wrong with the truck. I was promised that my parts and labor was being covered under my warranty. It was not. Their price was $400 higher than the diesel tech that diagnosed my truck for the same problem two days before but I went with Leif Johnson because of the warranty promise. A promise they did not honor. Their manager, Jason Norman was highly condescending on the phone after HE was the one that lied to me in the first place about the warranty issue. These people are the typical, backwoods, xxxxxxx car dealership lot. I would avoid this dealership and their service department like the plague. Oh, and they charge you extra for using a credit card to pay for your repairs. This is a corporate operation in 2024. Does Amazon charge you extra for using a credit card? This place is a joke. Swindlers straight out of the 1970’s. Do not bring your business to this establishment unless you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and ripped off. More
