Jeff has always handled all my appointments and have been going to hall since I bought my new truck back in 2016. They have always gotten me squared away even when issues arose. Jeff in the service department was very easy to deal with and kept me up to date every step of the way. He made part of the experience enjoyable. I give him 5 stars. The dealership needs to update webpag and kept me up to date every step of the way. He made part of the experience enjoyable. I give him 5 stars. The dealership needs to update webpage to match in store computer system. This is at least the second time I have went in for service that I scheduled online and the dealership had no idea what was going on. If this issue continues I will choose another place to have my vehicle serviced. This gets 2 stars. More
