I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

The greedy mechanic that serviced my Crosstrek should be fired! I don't think I'll take my car back to this dealership. Issa and Jeff are great! They were professional and honest. I can't say the same for t fired! I don't think I'll take my car back to this dealership. Issa and Jeff are great! They were professional and honest. I can't say the same for the mechanic. He added "Needs immediate attention" for a Drive Belt that I recently replaced. He even added a video to make me believe it was true. Apparently, Subaru pays these mechanics by the type of job. So of course, the mechanics will claim something needs repaired when it doesn't. I just didn't think this Subaru was like that. I will never TRUST this Subaru Service Department again. More

Beware of suggested repairs. I’m always told that another service needs to be done in addition to what I come in for. I spent over $2,000 in April of 2023 getting the 60,000 m I’m always told that another service needs to be done in addition to what I come in for. I spent over $2,000 in April of 2023 getting the 60,000 mile service and a valve replacement. I only wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation that day. The only nice thing I can say about that experience was that I was provided loaner cars because the TPMS sensor would not go away on my tires and my Forester had to stay in the shop for a little while. Recently in March 2024, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Just a couple minutes of being there, I’m told that I need to have front and rear differential service done, and that it should’ve been done at 45,000 miles. This would cost me $339. This is the first time I’ve been told that I need this . When I brought in my Subaru in September 2023, just for an oil change, I was told that I would need to think about getting the drive belt replaced, yet nothing was mentioned then about front and rear differential service. During the recent March 2024 visit when they were going to rotate the tires, one of the lug nuts was torqued on too tight, the lug nut seized up when they were trying to get one of the tires off for the rotation. I was told to get it repaired was gonna cost me $230+. As for the lug nut issue, the last place that worked on the tires was Subaru Gwinnett. I sat at their beautiful new facility for 2 hours and just had the oil changed without the tires being rotated. I ended up taking my Forester to Mavis for tire rotation and they replaced the lug nut free of charge. It was only gonna cost me $12.98 instead of the $230+ that Subaru wanted to charge me. More
