Welcome! My interest in the auto industry began in 2006 after starting my first job working / training as a professional Automotive Detailer. After nearly four years of sharpening my skills with detailing , I ended up in a great customer service position at CVS Health where I spent nearly eight years. In late 2019, I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. For years, I'd heard nothing but positive things about O'Daniel, so naturally I came and purchased my vehicle. I was truly blown away with the "No pressure, relaxed" environment. I admired the customer service skills from all the employees at the store. I was getting in my new ride to head home when I got a knock on my window. The General Sales Manager recognized me from CVS and the rest is history! This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. There was no pressure, but Jeff listened carefully to what we were saying, and found exactly what we wanted. We found the pricing for our new purchase, as well as our trade in, very fair. We were planning on doing a lot of on-site shopping before purchase, but after Jeff showed us what we had (and we did online comparisons with numerous other dealers) we took the big step and made the buy. Special mention for Lauren in finance and Todd the manager! I would rate both Jeff and O'Daniel Mazda at the very top! More

The dealership is clean and hospitable. He were met by friendly associates and our transaction quick. Luke Butler is incredibly responsive. Timeline was great! I would work with him, again. I give a 9/10 though, since we asked at the beginning of negotiations for a second key fob. There was only 1 key and 1 fob. We were told we could have this done and signed off on it. I waited to pick up the vehicle so that they could make an extra key and fob for us. When I picked up the vehicle, only a second key was offered with a quick explanation of "our guy could just get second key". He later apologize for not getting the fob, but it felt like a quick brush off. Initially, he did come down some on the vehicle so that is a consolation. We are still waiting on a part for another spot on the back door that was a surprisingly gross and needed attention. He said it was ordered, so that should not be a problem. I would use this dealership again. Everyone is extremely personable. Lauren O'Daniel is a rockstar in the finance department. We got through signing very quickly. Over all it was a very good experience and absolutely worth my time. More
