Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and the dealership itself is beautiful and first class. Silas Walker was great throughout the entire process. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time because he knows exactly how to take care of customers without being pushy. He listened to what was important to me, worked with me on a few requests I had, and made sure everything came together exactly as promised. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Jeannie in Finance was equally impressive. She made the paperwork process quick, straightforward, and stress-free, which is not always the case when buying a vehicle. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Findlay Lincoln. The customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you're in the market for a Lincoln, I highly recommend asking for Silas Walker. I wasn't expecting much when we came to see the vehicle. I figured it would be the same horrific experience I've had so many times before. Alan was a complete professional and completely transparent from start to finish! He had the vehicle prepped and ready! He understood our needs and showed us all the features of the vehicle while my wife was driving. Even though we weren't buying a Lincoln, Alan made sure we got the full Lincoln experience! And if this is how every vehicle is sold at this location...I might be buying a few Lincoln's in the future! We've bought 8 vehicles in the last 10 years and this is by far the best dealership experience we've ever had! More

Most accommodating people we have ever bought a car from. We have now bought 3 new vehicles from them and will encourage our sons to buy from Findlay when they are ready for a new car.
