I worked with a new sales rep Nick F and his attentiveness, attention to detail, follow-thru and more importantly the follow up after was something he himself and Gates should be very proud of. I don't even live in the state of CT and I felt like I lived next door to them with the customer service I received The service department! All I can say is WOW, it is never a pleasure when your vehicle has routine or non-routine maintenance needed, BUT Gates makes the experience painless!
