My husband & I worked with Jean Preval and purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry. Jean was very knowledgable and wonderful to work with! Went with my son on May 12 to purchase a preowned car that was listed on their website. Everything went very fast paced, papers were given to be signed and taken away immediately not allowing time to cle that was listed on their website. When we got home we noticed the price was $2400 more for the car and they added gap/warranty for an additional $5500 without telling us. When we got home, I asked to have everything corrected and the finance manager Mike said it would cost $1000 more to redo the paperwork. I stated we wouldn't take ownership of the car so they refunded us the price difference and stated we can easily call the bank and take the gap/warranty off. When we contacted the bank, they notified us this wasn't true and the dealership would have to do it and file new loan documents. I"ve called and texted multiple times and always get the same response "sorry, we will handle it" its 2 months later with no resolution.
