They bend over backwards to be sure their service is #1 A headlight adjustment and detailing: As always a good job done in short time. While i was there i purchased a crossbar set for luggage rack for my 20 A headlight adjustment and detailing: As always a good job done in short time. While i was there i purchased a crossbar set for luggage rack for my 2013 Explorer. An attempt to install the next day failed as nothing was matching per directions. I called Jason in parts and he in turn contacted their supplier as the part # matched my vehicle. It was determined that his catalog only listed the one part# but the rack was changed in mid year 2013 and an earlier part # was available. It would be ready for me the next day. While i was en-route to Bozard the next morning, my wife received a courtesy call from Alia checking on our satisfaction of service. When i arrived, Jason not only had my correct part at the desk he also had a thank you card with handwritten note from Alia apologizing for my inconvenience and included a gas gift card. This was unexpected and made me think these people are really trying hard to earn their #1 satisfaction rating. Congratulations on jobs on all counts well done! More

Well in my case, it's just the contrary and I wanted to make sure that the proper parties get recognized for their exceptional service. I purchased a set of headlights and recently had the parts department at Bozard install them for me. Greg,Cody, and Jayson together helped to point out some options for me regarding the bulbs that had come with my new headlights. Ultimately, I did not use the included bulbs and I'm glad that I didn't. I then purchased a different type of bulb and was told that it could be installed for me at no charge. I then arrived at Bozard and was greatly promptly and nicely by Greg again. I had originally set up a 2pm appointment, but I was able to get there early. I didn't even have to wait before I was then greeted by Billy whom helped me continue with my headlight venture. It was soon after this that we were able to realize that the new bulbs that's I had purchased would not work without a large amount of modifying. Billy then so kinda removed both of my headlights and re-installed my original headlights for me, mind you in longs pants and 90 degree heat. Billy smiled and assured me over and over that it was okay, with me full heartedly knowing that he's now working this hard because of my negligence. At the end of the day, I was able to have my original headlights re-installed for me and as a result of the guidance and help, avoid a costly, quite possibly dangerous result had I tried to embark on my headlight fiasco alone. In ending, I just wanted to make it very well known, that it's customer service like this that has spawned my family and myself to be proud owners of now 8 vehicles from Bozard Ford. Thank you once again. More

We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard.
