We received first-class treatment throughout the process. They were incredibly efficient and accommodating, fitting our busy schedule and addressing all our needs. Most importantly, we felt no pressure during our decision-making process. The team took the time to get to know us, which helped us make a well-informed choice on our purchase. Terrible experience, I'd give them zero stars if I could! ! On June 29th, I went to Younger Nissan of Frederick to lease a Nissan Sentra for 18 months. Initially, I was quoted a price of $280 per month with $ ! On June 29th, I went to Younger Nissan of Frederick to lease a Nissan Sentra for 18 months. Initially, I was quoted a price of $280 per month with $0 down. Due to the time constraints of my friends who drove me there, I planned to finalize the paperwork on Monday. However, the general sales manager informed me that the price would increase by $40 on July 1st due to a new Maryland state regulation. To avoid this increase, I decided to complete the paperwork the same day and asked my friends to leave. After my friends left, I was told that the actual price was $380 per month because they had forgotten to include the title and registration fees. While I understood that this could happen and accepted the revised price, I was then informed that I needed to provide my recent paystub, job offer, and proof of term, which I could only obtain on Monday. The general sales manager assured me that the $380 monthly payment would be honored until Monday. Upon returning with the required documents, I was shocked to learn from the finance manager that the new price was $595 per month. No one had informed me of this significant change by phone or email. Additionally, I had already started insurance for the car with the VIN number as of July 1st, believing that we had a deal. My email inquiring about the lease conditions went unanswered. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and sudden price changes felt dishonest and disrespectful. It also showed a lack of consideration for my time and circumstances. More
