I purchased my new vehicle about 2 weeks and was informed I would receive a refund check for the delivery fee which I did not use within 3-5 business days. During the purchasing process, the buyers order I would receive a refund check for the delivery fee which I did not use within 3-5 business days. Additionally, I gave Jim Ellis a bank draft check which included the price of vehicle and the delivery fee. I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00.
