I feel this dealer, was not completely honest in my transaction. I bought a used car early November 2025. Although the sale associate was nice enough there was some very poor customer service. To begin transaction. I bought a used car early November 2025. Although the sale associate was nice enough there was some very poor customer service. To begin with, I had Capitol One prequal for a certain % rate. When I went to finance to sign they moved me to a different bank and different rate. Although the rate was almost the same, they never said anything about using a different bank and different rate. Next, after I signed paperwork and the deal was done the Sales associate brought me out one key fob with no metal back up key. He told me "we are getting another key fob ordered and programed for you and will take about a week. I said ok and left. About a week later I called in about the key and my same sales associate said he did not remember saying that and they are not ordering a second fob. As we know these fobs are about 400.00 at the dealer. After asking to speak the the sales manager, the sales manager asked me, "did you add this the the sales paperwork before you signed everything. I said no because they had me sign paperwork, then presented me with the one fob. And I was promised to get one in a week. The Sales manager told since I did not have this written in the sales agreement they do not owe me a second fob. Very ,Very poor customer service and a bit "creative" how they have me sign paperwork, tell me I'll get something in a week then total deny this. Love my car, 2024 Telluride, hate the experience at the dealer. More

Advertised 2025 Kia Forte GT $19998… drove 2 hours because they refused to provide any definitive numbers over the phone. Asked if we could be at a certain dollar amount before making the trip. Sat down with a so called sales manager Howard, Jayla & Alex who first off told us they dont accept bank drafts for car purchases. I know this is not true as all, so you know already where this is going. He presents us with a paper with OTD $27985! Now here is the break down car $19998, tax $1589, tag $275, e-filing fees $600, CPO $1980, PPP+$1995… NOW this last one is total for $1995, its the dealership mark up on all used cars, not just this dealership. Its not required to have in the state of Florida, its the dealerships additional profit. They already make a profit on the car once its traded in or bought at auction and resold at a higher price after reconditioning. STOP BUYING CAR FROM PLACES THAT ARE HIDING FEES WITHIN OTHER SERVICES YOU NEED. More
