I had a great experience at Kia Port Charlotte working with Joel. Not only was the in-store experience smooth and enjoyable, but we also received a follow-up call the next day from their customer care tea with Joel. I was given an excellent sales pitch for a 2014 Kia Sportage. However, after one month, my AC system completely stopped working, my defroster does not work, and it only blows hot air in my face no matt Sportage. And when I ask for any assistance, I am given the excuse, "I'm waiting for my service manager." Clearly, the technicians don't do their jobs, and the service workers decided to join them. Unless you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars for impromptu maintenance, look elsewhere for a car! More

Manager Did not honor $500 discount promised to RN’s. Stated “ I already Gave you a discount”. Upon my initial meeting with Jayla, I had identified myself as an RN from the ER next-door where we were pro Stated “ I already Gave you a discount”. Upon my initial meeting with Jayla, I had identified myself as an RN from the ER next-door where we were promised the $500 discount. Floor/trunk mats were taken from the car prior to my car pick up. Sticky mess on front windshield from paperwork. Jayla did not respond to my text about the above. Had to take to car wash to get it extra cleaned. I was asked at work if the discount was honored and I said no. Staff disappointed. More
