Recently purchased a used Jeep from your Bentonville location. Worked with your Rep/agent, Jayden Woodrow. It took several trips and a few test drives before finally settling on the one I bought. Mr. Woodrow remained patient and took the time to make sure I was able to view an assembly of vehicles that I might be interested in. Narrowed the choices down from the 1000 or so in stock to a workable half dozen and finally the one I chose. I have worked with McLarty Daniel for the purchase of my last vehicle in 2017, when Patrick Greenlee sold me my current Pickup. And when I've needed it, your service dept. has been very helpful. Especially Doug Brewer and Chelley Pense have always been a big help in expediting any work I'm having done at your shop. I rely on them to keep me moving. I have recommended Mr. Woodrow to family members and friends and feel confident they will be in good hands. Have no problem with giving a 5-star rating to Mr. Woodrow, Chelly Pense and Doug Brewer. Very impressive staff. More

Paid cash for a vehicle and the cars transmission and a/c went out within 2 weeks and the sales managers says oh well you roll the dice when buying a used car, at what point does the car become yours? (Maybe at least once I have gotten it registered or got paperwork from the dealer maybe? I assumed they would at least offer a remedy or to look at the vehicle, but was told this dealership does not stand behind vehicles they sell out of warranty. Alternatively they’d be happy to do a trade value and have me finance thousands of more dollars for another crap vehicle on the lot. I understand putting thousands miles on a car or coming back in a few months later with issues, but not even a few weeks and 2 major points of failure. Hot headed sales manager with no customer service threatening to reprimand the guy who sold me the vehicle because he can’t control his anger and lack of customer service. I was just asking for a drivable vehicle after saving $6000 and trusting this dealership for a good used vehicle.They chalked it up to me getting the short end of the stick on this deal. More
