I was very impressed with his knowledge and his demeanor even though he mentioned he has only worked there for 3 months. He answered all questions I had, explained everything thoroughly whether it was car details or while signing documents.I believe he has a great future ahead of him in this business and I would recommend Audi Napa Valley, and both of these gentlemen to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More
