I just purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento and WOW! The truck is fantastic but not half as fantastic as the sales person we purchased with. Jay Vicario was the best. The time and effort that he afforded us was is fantastic but not half as fantastic as the sales person we purchased with. Jay Vicario was the best. The time and effort that he afforded us was simply amazing. I visited the dealership on a day that Jay was off but after a quick phone call he met me the very next day to assist me with my purchase. This man had family in from out of town at his house for an event but that did not stop him. He was professional, courteous, and patient. Not the normal characteristic's of a car salesman. I spent all day at the dealership and Jay spent it with me. Even after I went into financing expecting Jay to leave for the day I was surprised when i came outside and saw Jay putting on my temporary tag. This man has passion for what he does and he does it well. I have already started passing his business cards out at the office of hoping i can pay him back with a few referrals for all of the time he afforded me. Kia the brand didn't sell this vehicle, Jay did. For anyone whom reads this review at Kia, thank Jay for me once again and I hope that his professionalism goes noticed because I would steal him for my business in a heart beat. More

Walking into the dealership, everyone was friendly. Each employee that I encountered ensured that I was being helped; very great customer service!! Quality of work was AMAZING!! The price of the vehicle was great too; very reasonable payments that I can afford. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. By that I mean: I have went to many dealerships and have been treated badly; I don't have the best of credit and have been dismissed almost as fast as I walked into the place.
