The manager, Mike Yousif made the purchase process very easy without the annoying going back and forth to "check with my manager." I was so impressed that i putchased the car that day. I am very happy with my purchase experience. The product specialist, Johnny Pham was amazing! His knowledge of the car was incredible. He did a great job teaching me real world uses of the complicated car. I was somewhat scared of the car as I had to take my eyes off the road constantly to make adjustments. Johnny showed me how to use the built in systems to easily make the changes. I am so glad that I went back to do the training! More

I picked up my new GLC 300 on Tuesday, August 13th. Jonny gave me a very comprehensive and worth-while training session on the car. His knowledge of the MBUX infotainment system is superb!
