Purchased a used car from this place , When I called about it the receptionist transferred me to a sales person. Who's name is Brook. She got it all set up showed me the car , I explained my situatoion about it the receptionist transferred me to a sales person. Who's name is Brook. This is my experience with Nissan of Orange Park. On 12/17/2022 I went to change my car. After running my Credit for 17 times, they gave me a 2022 Nissan Altima. The salesman did not know what he was selling and told me that the car had specifications that the car does not have... After a few months I refinanced the Auto Loan, I brought and sent the Paid Off letter to Nissan of Orange Park on 03/22/22 to get money back from the Gap and I am stilI have not received it. I have gone several times, text and called many more and to date I have not have an answer. In conclusion, my experience with Nissan of Orange Park was bad and continues to be bad.
