I have bought many cars over the past 35 years… and the experience I had at Crown Acura this week buying my latest car, was literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walke experience I had at Crown Acura this week buying my latest car, was literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, until I drove my new car out of the dealership… amazing service! My salesman Eric Westermeyer was the BEST! I cannot say enough about how great Eric was, and Jay in the finance department. I left there feeling like they are now family… I will be their customer for life. The entire process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced, and they gave me more for my trade in, than any of the other dealerships I shopped at. Eric and Jay at Crown Acura are my heroes and now my great friends. More

We purchased a new 2021 Acura ILX from Crown Acura on Saturday, May 22, 2021. We had the pleasure of working out a deal with Dustin Mullen (Sales Rep). He understood our concerns, settled on a good deal Saturday, May 22, 2021. We had the pleasure of working out a deal with Dustin Mullen (Sales Rep). He understood our concerns, settled on a good deal and made the whole purchase process painless. One of our concerns was the limited time we had to spend at the dealership, as well as the overall cost, since the dealership is a hour away from where we live. Dustin, as well as the Finance Rep, Jay, made the entire process as easy as 1, 2, 3 and we were done in an hour and fifteen minutes. Dustin and Jay demonstrated the exceptional service and professionalism a customer should expect to receive during a purchase at Crown Acura. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful at times. Dustin and Jay made the experience simple and pleasant with their professionalism and ease of doing business. These two have raised the bar on the level service you should receive when buying a car. The team at Crown Acura definitely made the one hour trip well worth the ride. We would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Kyle really took care of me. I wasn’t planning to buy for a bit, but Kyle cut right to the chase and gave me the super critical insight I needed to know that the deal on the 2020 MDX with technology package a bit, but Kyle cut right to the chase and gave me the super critical insight I needed to know that the deal on the 2020 MDX with technology package was something I could not pass up. I was there maybe 10 minutes and left with quotes (a nearby dealership took forever, never gave me the alternate quotes I asked for, and wasted a lot of my time). That night I texted Kyle after business hours, and without hesitation he sent me everything I needed to reserve the car until I could show up the next afternoon for a final test drive. The purchase process was quick and easy. Kyle showed me all the internal features. The finance folks really took care of me, and I drove away with my new amazing car in no time. Highly recommend.
