Above and Beyond in Sales & Service Purchased my Volvo from Ron at Prestige in East Hanover, NJ. How refreshing it is to do business with a person who is professional, pleasant and appr Purchased my Volvo from Ron at Prestige in East Hanover, NJ. How refreshing it is to do business with a person who is professional, pleasant and approachable. It took me a few weeks before I could make a decision on what vehicle was best for me. He never grew impatient and he remembered who I was and what I was looking for in a car each time I called. You have a face and a name at Prestige. And, they remember what is important to you and they take great lengths to make sure you're well pleased. Recently had a small issue with my vehicle. Called Prestige for help and they took care of me. In my case, there was a faulty part, they took immediate action to get me back on the road and they covered the price of the part. Jay, the Service Manager, was very helpful and clearly explained what the issue was. Prestige Volvo is not a dealership you have to babysit. They take care of your needs. More than once I have been very surprised (and elated) by their professional conduct. They are also very welcoming. More

Good service!! I had my car towed to the dealership for a flat tire. Jay assisted me and he was very good and honest. Tire Problem Resolved with Great Results I suffered a flat tire several months back and had to be towed to Prestige Volvo for tire replacement. I did not realize at the time that the failure I suffered a flat tire several months back and had to be towed to Prestige Volvo for tire replacement. I did not realize at the time that the failure was due to wear and the other tires were equally as worn, and I soon suffered another tire failure (on a different wheel). With the second failure I was on the way to a funeral with a full car of family members and had no choice but to hobble to the nearest tire repair facility where I bought 3 new Good Year tires (the only tires the shop had on hand that fit my vehicle, a 2014 S60 R-Design) so I could quickly continue the trip to the funeral. Unfortunately, these did not match the original Pirellis that came with the car or the replacement Pirelli Volvo had already installed. This left me with mismatched tires that affected the ride quality of the vehicle and, perhaps worse, greatly diminished traction because the Good Year tires were not the brand Volvo chose to pair with this car. This car is performance-oriented and the Good Years didn't hold up. As I became more frustrated by the tires, I wrote to Prestige Volvo explaining why I was disappointed. Had I been aware at the time of the first tire failure that all four tires were equally worn and would soon fail I would have replaced all four then and there instead of waiting and ultimately having to replace the other three in an emergency-type situation. I was not sure what type of response I would receive. I was very impressed when Jay Rosen, Prestige's Service Manager, called me very promptly and explained that he had read my letter and understood my frustration. He offered to replace two of the tires with the factory-specified Pirellis if I would cover the cost of the third, leaving me with four proper tires (I already had one from the first flat tire replacement). I accepted his offer and arranged for the service the next day. The car was done in the very early afternoon and Jay called me to tell me everything was complete and that he had decided to cover the cost of all three tires as good will from Volvo. This was obviously great news. I purchased the car from this dealer and have continued to go to Prestige. This was the first disappointing experience I had, and Jay and Prestige Volvo immediately turned the situation around, leaving me completely satisfied. The experience was excellent - I'm very grateful and would absolutely recommend this dealer. Although this was a service experience, my original experience purchasing the vehicle was equally as good. More

Excellent experience and great people! I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. B I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. But after my local dealership, along with the one where I leased my 2013 S60 pretty much refused to deal with me until my lease was up I turned to Prestige. And what a great turn of events it turned out to be! First, I reached out to Jay Rosen (who worked on my car before) and he replied right away saying: wait for a call, we'll take care of you. Then, less than 30 minutes after, Matt Haiken called me and we made a deal on the phone in less than 10 minutes. That was 4 months before my lease was up. The car I wanted needed to be a special order, because I wanted certain packages/options that are just never available together otherwise. Fast forward about 3+ months after the order - and I was picking up my car. The process was smooth with no surprises (no extra charges, no hassle - the payment was exactly what we had agreed upon with Matt 3 months before). Matt did the paperwork himself (about 10-15 minutes overall, because I spent some time deciding which protection plan to buy). Matt introduced me to Ron Landstrom, who took care of everything else: lease return, insurance information confirmation, plates, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. The most important thing for me during this whole process was that for the first time I dealt with people who knew the product inside out. I respect that a lot. And everyone kept their word every step of the way. There's no question that the next Volvo lease I get, after this one ends, will be from Prestige. P.S. Dealing with Matt was so great, that I'll be considering getting a Kia (his other dealership) to replace my Hyundai Sonata in a couple of years. Just so I could deal with him, because I know it'll be a great deal and a very pleasant experience. More

Outstanding Help This morning, I found that my 2014 Volvo C70 would not start, after I had stopped to fill the gas tank. After I received a jump from AAA I headed off to the Prestige Volvo Service Center. On the way, I called and the call was taken by Jay Rosen (at 6:50 AM) the head of their service department. Jay didn't disappoint, he told me to bring it right in, and within two hours, I was on the road with a new battery and the yearly service completed. Keep in mind, that I was not on the schedule which was already filled with other customers. This is the experience that I have come to expect at Prestige. Complete with their remodeled dealership, is their complete willingness to support their customers. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their help and outstanding service. Robert Dower More
