No one else, in our experience, comes close. I would have doubted before meeting Matthew and team that a dealer could make a difference. They do. I will only buy Volvos from Matthew and will be more likely to buy Volvos over other brands because of the service level at Prestige. I have to give a special mention to Jay and the service department. As great as sales is, I typically visit only every other year or so. Jay and his team we see for each service. If I was happy with sales, I am ecstatic with the service department. I can't think of anything they could have done better and they take care of things I would have never thought to request. You will not find better than Jay and his team. Great job all around Matthew. Thank you! More

I never thought for even a second of going to another dealer when it was time to get my new car. Having had my XC90 serviced there for over a decade, I know everyone there -- and have come to appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and generosity in working with me whenever I came in for service. They truly are like family. (Shout out to Patricia Sommerville, Bob Knott and Jay Rosen!) So when it came time to purchase my new XC90, I went straight to Prestige knowing I would get the best service and the best representation; people working with me to get me the car of my dreams at the best price. Lindsey Mastroianni, my sales rep, went beyond the call of duty to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I sought at the price point I wanted. She spent hours educating me on the vehicle. Her knowledge of every facet of the car is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. Overall, I expect to be with Prestige another 12 plus years and recommend them to everyone out there looking for a car dealership that will treat you like family. More

I worked with Stacey; who was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When he said, he had a specific car--he did. When we needed some time to think it over and check other vehicles--he did NOT bombard us with calls. A very respectable and professional individual. Stacey, actually made the buying process fun and enjoyable. I am truly grateful, for many things, finding Prestige and meeting Stacey--are some of those things. I want to Thank the entire Prestige Team and Stacey--for such a beautiful and finely crafted vehicle. This relationship stemmed from a simple tire fix--another dealer did not seem interested in fixing. The service manager (Jay at Prestige) told me to stop down when I get a chance and he will take care of it--Jay did just that and in a professional time. I know sometimes things are not always quick and easy; however, knowing the ENTIRE Prestige Volvo Team cares about you, your family, and your vehicle--makes everything easier! My car was serviced in the time that was originally stated and promised. I had an issue with a flat tire on the S60 that didn't come with a spare and I wasn't happy with that (not Prestige Volvo issue this is more of an industry wide issue). Jay Rosen the Service Manager overheard my displeasure and out of nowhere provided me with a new spare! This was not expected and in the interest of customer service the Prestige team really stepped up. This is an experience that I have already shared with numerous friends and colleagues over the past 24 hours! I ran into my sales guy PJ Lee and he is always a pleasure to speak with and a person that goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his customers. More

Excellent Customer Service I purchased a new XC90 in May. There were a couple of small issues and I know I drove Jay in service crazy!! However, he was very patient with me and I purchased a new XC90 in May. There were a couple of small issues and I know I drove Jay in service crazy!! However, he was very patient with me and my issues were quickly resolved. Ron Landstrom was absolutely the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of the car and his attention to every detail was outstanding. We have bought Volvo cars for 30 years and although other dealerships were fine, Ron and everyone at Prestige far surpass all the other dealers we purchased from. Finally, Matt (the owner) also was great to deal with along with Pat in the financial department. More
