Brandon truly went above and beyond to provide my husband and I with an incredible car buying experience. Nicco Brown was great, helped me the entire way and answered all my questions and then some with my purchase! He brought industry experience as well as his ford dealership experience to the table. Came in without a appointment. Dealership was extremely busy but we were greeted immediately by the Sales Manager. The Sales Rep my agent had been negotiating with was tied up so Dealership was extremely busy but we were greeted immediately by the Sales Manager. The Sales Rep my agent had been negotiating with was tied up so we were introduced to Brandon Slowik to help us with the test drive & the paperwork--he was great! Friendly, knows his stuff, really smoothed out the sales process. Did the test drive, finalized the sale, scheduled the pickup smooth as glass. By the way, the facility itself is stunning--even has a coffee bar that serves lunch! If you want a different car buying experience, this is the place & Brandon is the guy. More

Working with Adam and Jay, was an absolute pleasure. I had a number in mind before I walked into the dealership, and they hit the mark! No need for any back and forth. Having worked with Jay before, I h I had a number in mind before I walked into the dealership, and they hit the mark! No need for any back and forth. Having worked with Jay before, I had a feeling that he set me up with the right salesman on this go around! Adam was fantastic in walking me through my new F150, and answering any questions that popped into mind. Taking delivery was a breeze! Paperwork was all completed in about 15 minutes at most the day before, and the truck was set up, registered, washed, waxed, full tank of gas the next morning! Adam set up my first service date, and made sure to introduce me to the service department staff! I can’t recommend Columbia Ford more! And I definitely can’t recommend Adam and Jay nearly to the level they deserve! More
