Even the restrooms were really clean, and yes I did ask my daughter how the women's restroom was. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman named Jairo Riascos who possessed the uncanny ability to make one feel like family despite arriving with preconceived notions. He introduced us to a second salesman named Luis Aguilera who was just as kind and warm. I consider myself to be a skeptical person but their genuine kindness and sincerity allowed me to enjoy the experience and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Great job guys. The finance officer was also pleasant and exemplified not only knowledge but patience. I also had the extreme pleasure of meeting whom I believe was the GM. He was also bright, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Maybe the U.S. should hire him as a hostage negotiator. Make Scott Clark Honda your first and last stop. More
