Made a visit because my engine light came on. My app sent me a message that my battery was dying. Jay said they were extremely busy. I left the car overnight and the next day I emailed the servic My app sent me a message that my battery was dying. Jay said they were extremely busy. I left the car overnight and the next day I emailed the service manager regarding the issue because I didn't know if I needed to get a rent a car. He responded and was extremely professional and kind. He had the service department run a diagnostic to see what was the problem and my car was fixed by the end of the day. More

This dealership is the worst place to have you vehicle work on If your trying to use guarantee for life policy . After we were told We could have are vehicle service at other repair shop as long as W work on If your trying to use guarantee for life policy . After we were told We could have are vehicle service at other repair shop as long as We save receipts of work our warranty would still be ok. What they don’t tell you is you have to get permission first for guarantee for Life. We only did one oil change, that the dealership did not do, and that voided Are guarantee for life. More

Took my mom’s car in. Told me it was fixed. Wasn’t. Had to tow it back. Said they fixed it again. Module dragging on ground. Leaking fluid. Said he would pay for the tow. Told me it was fixed. Charged me a lot for cheap tires. Won’t return my calls. Terrible service!!! More

Went in for service the manager by the name of Ryan Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care of me because he had messed up with the price, I go to Ryan's office blows me away and tells me to talk to another manager that he passed on my services to him very rude disrespectful one of the reasons why I am not going back and sad to say it's my 3rd truck that I buy the last one being a 2500 HD denali off the show room when it first got their. It sucks how u walk in to buy a vehicle and everybody is all over you but when something is wrong with the vehicle totally ignored. Very poor service on Ryan's behalf. More
