We originally leased a new CX70 PHEV model. Less than 24 hours after getting it home, we experienced some technical difficulties due to a dead/bad battery. Due to the unique technical differences in a PHEV engine, I was hesitant to keep that model. With their commitment to customer service, Chris Garner (sales), Scott Selby (Finance), and Jay (Mgmt), got us into a mild hybrid version of the same model. They even had it transported from another dealership to make sure I got the color and trim level I wanted (and got us into a loaner in the meantime). I do believe the technical difficulty in the PHEV was a fluke, but it shook my own confidence in handling a more complex model. I absolutely LOVE my new Inline 6 Turbo. We primarily worked with Chris and Scott and both gentleman were extremely patient with us and maintained open communication with us during the whole process. Even with the hiccup of the original vehicle, I'd have to say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Everyone was friendly and someone would always ask if we needed assistance, but not "pushy". We would definitely recommend Denton Mazda and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks guys! More

My engine was damaged after driving 280 miles following an oil change at this shop because the oil filter fell off. Denton Mazda is willing to pay only half of the engine replacement cost. I'm now prepa an oil change at this shop because the oil filter fell off. Denton Mazda is willing to pay only half of the engine replacement cost. I'm now preparing to take legal action against the company. I've also noticed that Denton Mazda has recently been getting poor review for their oil change service on Google. Excellent dealership; have bought 3 Mazda's from them and always used their Excellent Service Department for all my oil changes, tire rotations and vehicle inspections. Mazda cars are so good I have never ne always used their Excellent Service Department for all my oil changes, tire rotations and vehicle inspections. Mazda cars are so good I have never needed a repair. Today I had the original battery replaced on my 2019 Mazda 6 not because I was having a problem but because I didn't want to take a chance on getting caught with a dead battery. More
