It also appeared that cj’s sales manager was involved and supportive. I want to emphasize that CJ was on top of the process and was instrumental in making the deal process painless and assuring everything was ready to go on the day of picking up the vehicle. I don’t know the situation in Finance however that was the one area of improvement. More

We were given a discount for paying with cash without asking for it and the manager made sure that we were aware of the "Share the Love" options. My trade-in was appraised at exactly what I anticipated it was worth based upon Kelly Blue Book and some needed repairs. This is a dealership that I believe cares a lot about being in the community for the long-term and I feel that I will get great support for my car in the future. More

Stephanie immediately got in touch with me and gave me an excellent pricing for a Forester, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. As soon as I got to the facility she kindly introduced herself and we chit-chatted for few minutes, and she introduced me to my sales consultant. Shay was very friendly and patient. I didn't know exactly which trim level I wanted and she took her time to explain everything thoroughly. I made a decision to go with the Premium Forester, and I got very fair pricing with the sales manager Jay. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody.
