I recently purchased a car. During the final inspection it was noted a part was needed. It was ordered & I would be notified to bring the car back. There was a bit of confusion re: that when I called several times to see if part had come in. After talking to my sales person, Garrett, he made sure the follow thru was taken care of. I want to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've EVER had. I told Garrett what I wanted, my price range & my payment needs. There was no haggling, no trying to go outside my ranges. It was completed & paperwork ready for me to sign in record time. I've loved my Veloster since I drove off the lot. (Note I previously owned a 2016 Veloster.) The service dept went over & above in getting my repair done & making sure I had a ride back to pick the car up when ready. The service waiting area is exceptionally clean, airy, large & welcoming. They have always had a generous supply of food, snacks & a large diversity of cold & hot drinks. I have already passed the word to all my friends about how easy it was to deal with Tameron. More

Anyia went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past when shopping for a car. She is knowledgeable about her product. I bought my car in July. They still haven’t sent all of the information I need to get my tag to the DMV. They won’t give me a break down of what they charged me for taxes eve They still haven’t sent all of the information I need to get my tag to the DMV. They won’t give me a break down of what they charged me for taxes even though I’ve asked multiple times. They added on a $2000 100k mile warranty onto my car loan for a new car that already came with a 20 yr 200k warranty. And they added almost $400 to the agreed upon price. When I called them out on this they acted like they did nothing wrong and that I was over reacting. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had and I fully regret buying my car! More
