They were great 'people' to deal with, who also make a great team, and are "true assets" of the dealership and the Koons organization. I recently bought a new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, AWD, and the car is beautiful and rides great. The good thing is that not only do I love how it looks outside and in, and all the great features, but so does my wife and 3 kids; not easy making 5 people happy, but Arsalan and Jay made that happen! They were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, and truly 'listened' to me and my needs. There were some 'win-win' discussions, as I was only 4 months into a 3 year lease(with a different automaker- not this dealership, or Koons), but realizing the limited miles issue, my leasing option was not going to work. I felt Arsalan and Jay helped me and my Family achieve the goal of OWNING a great AWD SUV vehicle and at a price we could afford, while getting us out of the lease. In our discussions, you could tell they 'cared' about me and my Family situation, and worked with me. This started when I emailed the dealership one night, Jay responded immediately, the next morning he responded immediately to another email I sent. That impressed me, and I drove over to the dealership that next morning, where Arsalan greeted me outside, impressing me again, and introduced me to Jay. That is where this "Relationship" started. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying any vehicle to contact Arsalan and Jay to give them an opportunity, I know you will not be disappointed. More

My Honda lease was about to expire and I went to my local Honda dealer expecting to be treated like a rock star. I kept the leased vehicle in EXCELLENT shape with the miles were 13,000 below the lease cap. My Honda dealer didn't appreciate me as I expected and made me a HORRIBLE new lease offer on a new vehicle. Needless to say, I was hurt and disappointed. More background story - I am celebrating my 50th birthday this year and my wife decided (as a birthday gift) to allow me to purchase my dream car. So the story begins. I always wanted a new Camaro and based on my extensive research, I couldn't really afford one. I was beginning to settle on a used Camaro when I met Jay Jarvis and the Koons organization. Jay and Koons showed me that I can afford a new 2015 Camaro. The Koons team from start to finish were excellent, professional and a pleasure to work with. To drive this point home, you have to understand that I drove 135 miles south to complete this deal. The 135 mile north to return home with a big smile on my face. As I said at the beginning of my story, I form LONG TERM relationships with my car dealers and the Koons family has proven to me that they do too.
