The overall experience was a great one. We felt our salesman Jay Fralin was warm, friendly and genuine. We are very happy with all aspects of the dealership from sales, to finance to the tech who demon salesman Jay Fralin was warm, friendly and genuine. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Subaru in the last 3 years. Each time I received a fair price right away without the back and forth haggle a lot of dealers will put you through. Miller Subaru has the nicest staff and I feel they really do care about keeping good relationships with their customers. Been a 4 year Subaru owner, and have always been treated with respect in an extremely friendly atmosphere. Never have I had a bad experience with the service or the sales department. I was looking for a new car since my minivan died on me. It was recommended to me that I go see Jay at Miller from my parents. They have bought a Subabru from Jay in the past and when they are looking for a It was recommended to me that I go see Jay at Miller from my parents. They have bought a Subabru from Jay in the past and when they are looking for a new one, Jay is the person they will go and see. I felt very comfortable talking with Jay. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy(which I cannot stand).( I like to be able to walk around and look at the inventory before someone is coming out the door, hounding me.) If I know if anyone looking for a new car, I will definitely send them to see Jay. More

Our experience with Jay and Michelle was great. Jay knows the business and was very thorough. He took us for a test drive and explained quite well the many features of the Outback. We had visited 3 other Subaru dealerships and in overall comparison, we were very satisfied to do business with Miller Subaru. This dealership is listed under the Better Business Bureau which was a plus. The paperwork was quick and easy and was ready for signing when we arrived to complete our purchase. The car was ready as promised with a full tank of gas. We will recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

I recently went to Miller Subaru to purchase a used 2011 Subaru Legacy. I was immediately greeted by 3 salesman that walked oustide as soon as I parked. Jay Fralin came right up to me and asked how he cou Subaru Legacy. I was immediately greeted by 3 salesman that walked oustide as soon as I parked. Jay Fralin came right up to me and asked how he could help me, before I even walked inside. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Aaron Freedman broke down everythig for me when it came time to fill out and sign all of the paperwork. It was nice to even have a conversation with him as well. My only complaint is that it took a little on the long side to get the car cleaned up. But that's only becuase there was 1 person doing it. Other than that, great experience! More

Miller Subaru was the first Subaru dealer we contacted and Jay Fralin was the salesman we spoke with. We had not bought a car for 14 years and so we were very uninformed on the process of purchasing a ve and Jay Fralin was the salesman we spoke with. Jay was very helpful and answered our questions and helped us in deciding what was best for us. He gave us a ballpark price and there was no high pressure to make a decision. He stayed in contact with us while we looked around and decided for ourselves exactly what we wanted.
