Big Thank you to Jay Dunacusky, the sales person who greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The dealership did not have the c greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The dealership did not have the color that I wanted. The following day he found the vehicle at another dealership and went himself to retrieve it and the next day I went and purchased the car. being a female senior deciding on a dealership, choosing on the brand of car and taking the steps to finally purchase the car is very stressful to me. If Jay succeeded in putting my worries and concerns to rest, he needs to receive a gold medal. Connor McCown, the finance manager, was another superstar. These two guys are so transparent and honest in their transactions that it is very hard to find anywhere else. Employees are what makes a company. Being a bad weather, Jay texted me to make sure I reached home safely. Jay was also excellent in giving me a price that made me very happy. Kudos to Jay and Connor. Thank you very much for being you.
