He was welcoming and assisted us with any help or questions we needed answered. When he first approached us, he asked if we needed any help, and then let us be to look around and shop. He didn't follow us around and hound us like people usually do at dealerships. I felt comfortable being able to just browse at the selection of vehicles without feeling anxious with a sales rep following us. We were so impressed by Jay that we made sure to find him when we were ready to buy our vehicle. Test driving was made easy and so was the entire process. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and would definitely send the people I know to buy a car from Jay. Also a big thank you to William Collins in financing.
