Tried to buy a used Jeep. Salesman 5 stars, sales manager 0 stars. Made a more than fair offer and they refused to even consider or counter. Basically tried to rip me off! My fiance and I have had the worst experiences ever with this dealer. The first sales person, a Latino guy, sold us a lemon that we couldn't even get plated. Another sales person, Jay, talked to one of the this dealer. The first sales person, a Latino guy, sold us a lemon that we couldn't even get plated. Another sales person, Jay, talked to one of the higher-ups who bought back the lemon and sold us a more expensive truck that also has problems (though not as many as the lemon had, as it was in the shop more often than not in the month that we had it). I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. In fact, you're better off going to a buy here, pay here dealer. We've just contacted the Dodge Corporate Office to file a complaint against this dealer. More
