This stealership has had the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I’ll be looking to sell my vehicle because I’m so disgusted with them. I have been overcharged and told things needed to be re have ever experienced. I’ll be looking to sell my vehicle because I’m so disgusted with them. I have been overcharged and told things needed to be replaced, when they were not needing to be replaced. Their warranties are a joke. They do the bare minimum and I’m done with them. I’m not even getting into all of it. Just know it’s places like this that coin the term “Stealership”. Pure Garbage. More

Did not rotate my tires wasn't happy about that I look on tire pressure amount ,before I went in. Left down the road about 25 miles and they were still in same spot as before. They treated us like we were not important during our sale. they did not want to hold up their end of the deal regarding some of our we owe things. They put very little effort into accomplishing things t sale. they did not want to hold up their end of the deal regarding some of our we owe things. They put very little effort into accomplishing things that needed to give it done for our vehicle. they treated us like we were less then and it was very overwhelming and they were unprofessional at times they gave us misinformation about what was being done to our vehicle.And how long it would take. I would say that jay in the service department did his best to overcome what the sales department did and tried to make sure things were fixed.However, parts were ordered wrong three times and we still have not gotten a part ordered correctly for aspect of an item on our we owe. More

Not great but not the worst. Mason was great to work with. Minimal pressure. However after getting all of the documents signed and my delivered for me to drive away, then it was revealed that the key fob was Minimal pressure. However after getting all of the documents signed and my delivered for me to drive away, then it was revealed that the key fob was for a completely different vehicle and not the one I purchased. They tried a new battery in the fob and sent me home with that fob. Well 2 days later the fob no longer worked and would not start the vehicle. They towed it away and got me a loaner car to use until they can figure out with a lock smith what is required to have a working key fob. I truly feel the dealership should have noticed that it was not the correct fob for the vehicle and should have just ordered me a new replacement More
