I thank the General Manager for his leadership and deliberation in rehabilitating our business customer relationship. As a result, today, I met a whole new group of energetic professionals, namely, Sales Manager, Casey Newman, Mark Bowen in Finance, Sales Consultant, Kenny Sweet, and Service Drive Concierge, Mandi Polacek. Casey proved to be a miracle worker in guiding us towards future financial stability and in attaining long term purchasing power. Kenny is a seasoned sales consultant and was amazing in knowing his inventory, delivering only the best quality Hyundai products to accommodate our needs and representing the dealership with integrity. My new relationship with Crown Hyundai is phenomenal and I look forward to introducing my friends and family to a dealership who values its customers of all walks of life. More

Dear Crown and others named below, My mechanic (who I actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Sha actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Shannon Behnken are VERY interested in your treatment of certain individuals. The way I have been treated by your organization is abhorrent and I don't trust you as far as I could throw you. It's all been documented that I was profiled "is that a Kate Spade purse?" And "oh you have a pool?" Made ME pay for an Uber to get home because I was told "we don't have loaner cars" while my car was left there to be fixed. Even Biggerstaff /management said well we paid for the Uber and I said no not at all I DID. He was obviously embarrassed. You claimed that my car was fixed (after not telling me for over a month it had been sitting on the lot for over 4 weeks (even after I called to check on it weekly) meanwhile I was paying for Uber vehicles to get me to my numerous doctors appointments for my Multiple Sclerosis) and one mile down the road it dies on me. You put my life at risk and now want to charge me $300 for spark plugs? Shame on you. Plus to add insult to injury you put me in a loaner car for 9 days while the new engine was ordered. Lie after lie after lie. You actually think I would pay you $300 for spark plugs?? You picked the wrong person to try and schmooze. This will be documented with the right people who will proceed as they see fit. You put me in a faulty car previously, how do I know this won't happen again? I have no way of knowing. After you have driven the car with your children in the back seat for a week I'll consider picking it up. Going forward I do hope that others will NEVER be treated the way you chose to treat me. He is bringing in wonderful people and creating the culture that I bought into when purchasing my car initally. As a customer I feel valued and heard. James and his staff took wonderful care of me and I am glad to see the changes being made the communication, accomodations, and care are all I could have hoped for.
