We worked with Jay Bechara. He did an exceptional job listening to what we wanted and finding the right car for us. He was very professional and an excellent communicator. The facility was very nice, and everyone was polite and helpful. The one frustration was needing to connect to the Toyota app to complete the transaction. This took an inordinate amount of time, multiple attempts, and the app is of zero value to me. This was a waste of everyone's time late in the day, and Jay and other staff members had to work extra late to get it set up. They were very accommodating, but it was ridiculous to put them through the extra effort. More

Jay was a true professional, communication was always quick and polite. I bought the car over the phone, and he sent a video of the car. I live 470 miles away from the dealership and even though Jay knew quick and polite. I bought the car over the phone, and he sent a video of the car.
