I 100% times infinity recommend coming to this dealership!!! We made our deal completely online. Doug was fantastic!!! He made the entire experience very positive!! He gave us a phenomenal deal without having to haggle. He even got us a great deal on our trade in. He saved us a lot of time with offering us to sign all paperwork electronically. Our finance guy Tate, was also fantastic. He explained all of our options without being pushy. When we arrived at the dealership, Carlos was waiting for us at the front desk. He took us out to the garage to show us our car. He even drove our trade in around the corner for us to get all of our car seats out. He took our family picture in front of the new car. He was great and so nice!! He even engaged in small talk with our kiddos (and our kids can talk..lol). We finished up our paper work with Javier. He was great and also engaged in small talk with our kiddos. We only had a few papers to sign, since we did everything else online. Javier printed all of our paperwork so we could have a hard copy. Sammy gave us a brief overview of the car and got the phones hooked up to the car. He was so nice and polite. He too engaged with the kids and was great!! We are definitely coming back here for our next car!! And I will recommend this dealership to ALL my friends and family!! Thank you. More

In my opinion, this is the best dealership in Austin! Melinda Cornelius, our Sales Advisor, listened to what we were looking for in a RAV4, and showed us 2 different ones. One of them was new, so she had to go to the other lot to get it. My daughter wasn't crazy about it, so Melinda then showed us a pre-owned Venza. That model wasn't even on our radar. This car had all the features my daughter wanted, and Melinda went to bat for us to reduce the price, and matched a non-Toyota dealership's great offer for our trade-in. Melinda was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all the models and trims, and went above and beyond most salespeople to find what my daughter was looking for. She made the search and buying process a pleasure vs. a debate. I would definitely buy another car from her. This is the third car I've bought and had serviced here, all with similar positive experiences. Konstantin Allen was also very helpful on the phone. He identified a 2023 RAV4 XLE Hybrid they had on the lot that only had 24 miles on it, and set up our test drive of it for 1 hour later! That's part of what motivated us to go to Toyota Cedar Park instead of Toyota Round Rock which was only a mile away from the Honda dealership where we had just test driven a CRV Hybrid. More
