I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. I was sold a Lemon that I had to figure out on my own. This was suspension on the shocks when I mentioned of the bumpy ride I was told it was that I I was sold a Lemon that I had to figure out on my own. This was suspension on the shocks when I mentioned of the bumpy ride I was told it was that I had it in sport mode by of course the sales man all care about was his sale car was constantly moving to the right..It was weird for me to believe because it was a Cadillac Escalade they should have a smooth ride. So when I finally took itin they said they could not sell because it would cost a lot to fix. Costing $7,000 So they gave my money down back and said to come back in 2 weeks once fixed to purchase again but BUT! The price will be a lot more than what I had got it for. They didn’t feel bad or try to get us something else to make us happy. I had sold the vehicle I had before so was left with no vehicle at all. They promised a rental to at least get me to work but never called. Once we tried calling them there was no answer . We haven’t heard back from them again. I repeat I will never go there or recommend this dealer to anyone. If you do go make sure to take a mechanic don’t trust them they are snskes. More

I was pleased with Maery she very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the experience after she handed me off to a closer. They try and wear you down by keeping you for 4 plus hours. I dread dealerships, I dread salespeople. . But wasn’t too worried as we were returning customers to MK Smith. But when we walked in I was bummed as the person we purchased from was no longer . But Let me name a few people who took care of us and I feel they will do the same for you! Javier the sales manager was great. He worked with us countless hours on a deal that worked for our family and got us into a beautiful truck. We didn’t feel he was ever lying to us or making us feel pressured into making a decision that would later hurt us or we would regret. He was caring and supportive the entire time. He worked very hard to get us where we felt comfortable. John the one who had my truck washed and showed us how to use the new features on it was amazing. He was also kind and caring. Every question he helped us out. He gave us tips on how to work the new features too! He even grabbed the big red bow so I could get the picture I’ve always wanted! He never made us feel rushed. He was very customer service oriented. He was truly the BEST!!! Jay the general manager of the dealership was also another great guy to work with. He was kind & honest. He worked with us on choosing and deciding on the service agreement. We felt it was the right choice for us and the truck. We didn’t feel pressure to purchase it but that it was the right choice for us. Jay was patient with us as well during the entire process. Imarey was kind and patient as well and actually is the one who got us in the dealership by communicating online. Lastly Stacie! Financing department! The Perfect kind soul to seal the deal! She’s kind, sweet and authentic and caring. She’s the breath of fresh air after sitting in the dealership all day! She is very thorough in explaining everything You are signing, and making sure everything is correct. MK Smith is the place to purchase! More
