Great I had to take my car back three times. I wasn’t mad because Javier and this other really nice guy thought they were small and easy fixes so they got i I had to take my car back three times. I wasn’t mad because Javier and this other really nice guy thought they were small and easy fixes so they got it taken care of. They told me if my problem still wasn’t fixed to come back. It wasn’t until a day later that I still heard the noise. When I went back it was a busy Saturday afternoon as soon as one of the guys from the first two times saw me he got Zak G. To come take my car to get it serviced. Zak was great because he told me I might not get my car back that day but possibly on Monday. I was so annoyed about going back so many times I didn’t care about leaving it all weekend. Thankfully he was able to get it done before they closed and I wasn’t left carless I really appreciate that he was really great and even called after to check and make sure everything was all good. More

My Service Center representative was very helpful! I had an unexpected need to visit the Ed Morse Honda Service Center the other day. He immediately reviewed my situation, ordered a part for my car, and got me safely back on the road with an appointment to have the replacement part installed within 48 hours. Not sure that I should reasonably expect more from Javier or the dealership. Thank you for a job well done! More
