Good service. Not great. They messed up the address on my registration and even though I corrected them prior to leaving, I still had to call back to get it 100%. Not great. They messed up the address on my registration and even though I corrected them prior to leaving, I still had to call back to get it 100%. Left with tires aired up to 20some psi, so had to get that fixed which was frustrating. Very nice people otherwise, just need to pay attention to detail. More

This dealer wants your business which is another reason I went with them....they bent over backwards to get me the best possible price on the exact vehicle I was looking to get. Rating 5stars for Javaris, our salesperson. We went in looking for a low payment and he did not judge and really worked with us. He is amazing. But finance is ridiculously uncoordinated and str We went in looking for a low payment and he did not judge and really worked with us. He is amazing. But finance is ridiculously uncoordinated and stressful to deal with. It was an hour drive for us and they messed up our paperwork so we had to go twice. The finance manager also gave us attitude because we did not want to pay 40 a month for unlimited oil changes, even after explaining that we live no where close to one of their stations. More

Finance manager DG was very rude. A bot with a first and last name responds to your internet inquiries and I felt like an idiot when I asked for “Katie Kennedy” at the front desk and A bot with a first and last name responds to your internet inquiries and I felt like an idiot when I asked for “Katie Kennedy” at the front desk and the receptionist didn’t bother to inform me but said “I’ll let her know you’re here” then Javarious the salesman comes out 😳. He was very transparent and helpful throughout the transaction. Ask for Javarious when you go there. More

1st I was told that the recall didn’t affect me. After calling corporate it did. I waited 8 hours for a 4 hour repair with an appointment. The courtesy van dropped me off but never came back for me and a stranger gave me a ride back. I wanted another ride which again they never showed up. Definitely will not be recommending your service department to anyone! More
