Sold me a vehicle worth $6000 less than the NADA value. Showed me the kbb of a hybrid model. So that was a big no no that’s fraud! I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my day, and I honestly must say that this was the best experience yet. Jason took the time to explain all the tech options and how they worked, which probably saved me at least 20 minutes of paging through the owners manual, which is never on my list of enjoyable activities. This is my first Ford ever and I’m very impressed with how much stuff comes as an option. I think this 2019 edge titanium is every bit the equal to the 2016 Lincoln MKX I just got rid of when the lease ended. It was an overall excellent experience and if someone asked me to rate it on a 5-star scale, I give Campbell and Jason Ziesmer 5 full stars. More

We ‘knew’ there was no option than to buyout the lease instead of paying what we believe would be $7500 in over mileage charges. We spoke with a Jason and he was able to come up with a better solution that took care of that AND put us in new truck. Everything was super simple and quick. We really felt like ‘he knew his stuff’ and left us with a feeling of ‘we’ve found our car guy’! The process with the finance department was the same thing. Very happy with the effort and results!
