I have been buying trucks at security Dodge for years,both personally and for my bsbusiness. My first 2 vehicles were bought together for my wife and I in 1991 we purchased 2 dodge spirits. Since years,both personally and for my bsbusiness. My first 2 vehicles were bought together for my wife and I in 1991 we purchased 2 dodge spirits. Since then i have bought 2 pickup trucks and 3 servce vehicles. I was always happy until Covid happened and I need 2 vehicles in 2 years. Never have I ever had a dealer tell me that I had to pay "over recommended sticker for a car. I was in a pickle ,I need a vehicle and I was taken advantage of the situation. So ask me to rate you as a whole. You lost a customer. As far as the service dept there was a time that i was not able to get an appoinment ( I have a business to run and I need my trucks fixed in a timely manner, and the old service manager was horribl, obviosly I was not the only one who thought this way because he is no longer there.
