Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is we felt their used inventory was overpriced compared to competitors in the area, however, they were willing to work with us to get us closer to our budget. More

My entire experience with Lincoln Tampa was simplified. Pascal was so calm and easy to work with. I left the dealership on the day or purchase actually happy. And people should be happy when they leave with a new car. He even had Christmas music set in the car and my destination home set up and ready. It’s the little things also that matter. Pascal sat with the finance manager and I while I filled out the paper work when all and I mean all of my past experiences they don’t even sit down while you sign with finance. He was super nice and the best in florida in my eyes. He should train others in his field because he knows guest services. I absolutely love my car and will continue to love it. I am thankful I was able to get a car with the lack of cars on the market. But Pascal always kept me updated along the way. He is wonderful and so is the dealership. I have already been recommending him and the dealership to friends and family. Thank you again! More
