I traded in a leased car to buy my new car from Jackie Cooper. The lease on the traded car was to be paid off as part of the deal. The money to pay off the lease was sent towards the new car leaving the p Cooper. The lease on the traded car was to be paid off as part of the deal. The money to pay off the lease was sent towards the new car leaving the payoff balance on my previous car. When called to there attention it took a week to get things straightened out. My salesman has been very great about the situation but management only reached out after I reached out to them and didn’t really acknowledge the degree of concern and frustration this created. More
