Mustang warranty - service and parts not covered In July 2018, I bought my Mustang at Grieco on a Saturday afternoon. As I left the Fort Lauderdale store toward Boca Raton where I live, I noticed tha In July 2018, I bought my Mustang at Grieco on a Saturday afternoon. As I left the Fort Lauderdale store toward Boca Raton where I live, I noticed that every time the brake was depressed the car vibrated. I called the seller who advised me to schedule a service and that it didn't necessarily have to be in the same store that it sold. Early Monday my son drove the car to another store that said the brake pads had to fit the drum and that it was perfectly normal. We bent over, did reviews and it was never normal and in no review did they mention that there was a problem. Realizing that the problem in 20,000 miles didn't go away, I complained at the last warranty service and then they told me that I would need to spend $ 600 to fix a pre-existing problem. This is absurd. That's why I don't recommend neither Grieco nor Ford because they don't seem serious to me More

Efficient and Professional I needed my 40,000 mile check up. If only visiting the Doctor was this pleasant. I made my appointment on line. Showed up and immediately sat down I needed my 40,000 mile check up. If only visiting the Doctor was this pleasant. I made my appointment on line. Showed up and immediately sat down with my Service Agent. He thoroughly explained what would be checked, asked if I needed anything in particular looked at, and gave me an idea of the cost BEFORE they took my car away so I wouldn’t be shocked with a huge bill afterwards. The inspection took the hour I was told to expect. My Service Agent explained any extra charges, which were none, and after swiping my card for a very affordable $45, I was on my way to work. My only sadness is that they no longer wash my car. But, hey, that doesn’t require a mechanic and that’s why I bring my cat here. More

Great rep but always problems at the shop Hi. I took our Ford Explorer to change oil on 10-28. I had an appointment at 8.00am 1. When I came in and was getting ready to give car for servi Hi. I took our Ford Explorer to change oil on 10-28. I had an appointment at 8.00am 1. When I came in and was getting ready to give car for service I was told that my car is under different name in the system !!!??? I asked why is that and nobody was able to answer me. We bought that car in that same location and something like that happened. I had to go home and bring my paperwork so they can verify that it is MY car. 2. After oil change was complete (took an 1 hr) I was told that tire rotation can not be done because mechanic couldn't find the lock from anti-theft lock system that I have installed on my tires. But that location are the only one that I ever went to and they were last ones to use it. So when I asked who did it last time and where they would put it or if they would have some master key for it - the answer was - No! we don't know where is it. Order new one. Which I of course did after all - I still need to be able to take my tires off. (Cost me another $15). Bottom line: I lost time, money and patience with that location! More
