This is the second Honda CRV I have purchased from Milton Martin Honda. Recently, my initial visit to address a small issue with a spot in the paint on my door- was not addressed properly. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 Civic from Milton Martin Honda, and I have nothing but praise for this place. My sales associate, Efren, was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work wit from Milton Martin Honda, and I have nothing but praise for this place. My sales associate, Efren, was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I also got the chance to speak with one of the sales manager, Jason, and he was also a pleasure to work with. They were able to accommodate to my needs and budget and ensure that I was nothing short of completely satisfied with my purchase. Most of our communication was done through the phone and email, which I appreciated since they were respectful of my time and did not require me to go in store to come to a consensus. Their respect for my time was further solidified when I went in to sign the paperwork. Once in the finance office, the finance manager, Chad, continued the pleasant experience. He gave me plenty of time to read over the documents, ask questions, and get clarification on everything. They had me in and out within less than 30 minutes, which was a very much welcome change from spending a grueling amount of hours at another dealership. The entire experience at Milton Martin Honda was incredible. They were flexible, quick, honest, and reliable. I wholeheartedly recommend taking a look at this place when purchasing your next vehicle.
