Lacie's the best! There was never any pressure coming from her. She was so accommodating and easy going. Never left a stone unturned and quite often she anticipated my needs- which is really rare nowadays. I believe that's just the way she is and it would have been expressed to all her customers. There were a lot of new features to the 2025 Trailblazer I purchased on Saturday December 21 compared to the Spark I bought here in 2020, and if it wasn't for her, I may not have discovered them until much later or after 'plowing' through a manual to just stumble over them! An example being, what happens if your key fob dies or stops working? I didn't ask the question, it wasn't even on my mind, but she told me anyway; it was the hidden key in the key fob itself and she told me how and where to use it. But this is the way she worked with me all afternoon! She met my nutritional needs by buying me two 15 g packs of Planter's peanuts. If I hadn't eaten them, I don't think I would have made it till the end- and they were BIG packs and I ate them both in less than an hour's time!!! We drove three vehicles, two of which we drove twice. Lacie encouraged me to! Now have YOU ever bought a car and had a salesman do THAT??!! She NEVER made me feel like she was wanting to do anything else than just be with me and make sure the car I chose was right for ME. That's all. She helped me understand why I felt one way about the way one car drove versus another. We actually discovered it together! It was just the best car buying experience I've ever had. Many thank you's to Lacie and Chris Silk. A shout out to Jason in just that he wanted to be as accommodating as he could. He knew what I needed better than I did myself. And when asked about employment at Koons, he enthusiastically told me about what I could do, what was or was not available at the moment and encouraged me to continue to check out the website as well. With these kinds of experiences, unless I chose something other than a chevy for a new vehicle, I will always come back to Koons Chevy White Marsh.
